Distance Sales Agreement

ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES

SELLER Title: ATS Scorer Address: Nur mah. Artuklu/Mardin BUYER The person/user who purchases the services specified below.

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and provision of digital services ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's website atsscorer.com, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

ARTICLE 3 – SERVICE SUBJECT TO AGREEMENT

Digital services offered by the ATS Scorer platform are as follows: • Pro Plan (Monthly/Yearly Subscription): Unlimited CV creation, unlimited ATS analysis, all suggestions, premium templates, and other Pro features. • CV Optimize Package (One-Time): 1 CV optimization + download right. Pricing and payment information are clearly displayed before ordering.

ARTICLE 4 – PAYMENT

Payment is securely processed through Dodo Payments infrastructure. • Supported methods: Credit card, debit card (Visa, MasterCard) • Payment is collected instantly. • Installment options are available (varies by bank). • Card details are not stored by the SELLER; they are securely processed on PCI-DSS compliant secure infrastructure.

ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY

The purchased service is instantly added to the BUYER's account upon successful payment completion. There is no physical delivery. The service is used via internet connection at atsscorer.com.

ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Article 49 of Law No. 6502, the right of withdrawal for digital content and services provided electronically; • Becomes invalid if the service has started being used. • The BUYER is deemed to have started using the service upon completing the purchase and is considered to have waived the right of withdrawal. However, if the service has not been used at all or could not be provided due to a technical issue, the right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 (fourteen) days from the purchase date.

ARTICLE 7 – CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Monthly subscription cancellation requests must be submitted via email with a statement of "I want to cancel my subscription" through the contact page before the next renewal period. Access continues for the current period until cancellation is confirmed. Yearly subscription refunds are possible within 14 days of purchase, provided the service has not been used. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

ARTICLE 8 – PRIVACY

The BUYER's personal data is processed within the framework of the atsscorer.com Privacy Policy and protected in accordance with KVKK No. 6698.

ARTICLE 9 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts are authorized under Law No. 6502. Applications may be made within legal limits.

ARTICLE 10 – EFFECTIVENESS

This agreement is deemed to have been established and entered into force electronically upon the BUYER's confirmation of the payment step. The BUYER declares that they have read and accepted the terms of the agreement.
